I’ve used these Sunmay straighteners for several weeks now. I’ve found they don’t hold the charge for long so I’m charging every few days. I only straighten my fringe so don’t use them for long. Also, the plates are not flat, they are ridged and I find they pull my hair. Not the best!

I got these for my wife. Whilst small, compact, well made and easy to use, there’s no way they reach 205 degrees. She used them side by side with some cheap corded £30 ones at 185 degrees and her hair felt hot these barely warmed it. They will take 2-3 longer to use than advertised. GHD cordless won’t let you down if you have £300 that is.

Good enough, did the job and the battery just lasted for the 6 days (only doing my fringe). Giving a 4 star rating because the plates don’t pinch flat together perfectly. But not a bad product, could be a little cheaper I think.
