We like to keep delivery simple and fair. No complicated tables or surprises at checkout – just a clear flat rate and free delivery on bigger orders.

Delivery charges
Flat rate UK delivery
£2.99 delivery on orders up to 30kg
One simple rate, whether you order one item or a box full – as long as the total order weight is under 30kg
Free delivery over £100
Spend £100 or more in a single order and delivery is free (up to 30kg total weight)
All prices include VAT where applicable.
If your order is over 30kg or unusually bulky, we may need to split it into multiple parcels or contact you to discuss options – but we’ll always let you know first.
How we deliver
We use trusted UK carriers, including:
Royal Mail for many small and medium parcels
Reputable couriers for larger or heavier items
You’ll see the delivery method used for your order in your dispatch email. Wherever possible we use tracked services, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on working days are usually processed and sent within 1–2 working days
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day
If there’s ever a delay (for example, stock issues or bad weather), we’ll let you know by email.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within:
Around 2–4 working days for standard delivery
These timescales are a guide, not a guarantee, but we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Large, heavy or multiple parcels
Our flat £2.99 rate covers orders up to 30kg in total.
If:
Your order is heavier than 30kg, or
Contains very bulky items
we may need to:
Split it into multiple parcels, or
Use a different courier service
If this affects the delivery time or cost, we’ll contact you before dispatch to discuss the options.
Missed deliveries & address issues
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery attempt is missed, your parcel may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or taken to a local depot/collection point (depending on the carrier).
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or not collected, we can usually resend it, but there may be an additional delivery charge.
