As this cost a lot less than most desk dividers I could find, I had low expectations. However, it was exactly what I wanted. It isn’t anything special, but if all you want is something to divide or put an edge on a desk (I used mine along the back, as it sticks out into the room and I wanted to hide my wires and mess), it does exactly what it claims to do.

Product is a dark blue not grey as advertised it’s also bowed and flimsy they sticky pads they send aren’t worth a jot save your money spend a bit more and get something more sturdy

I was really hoping this would help reduce noise from my boyfriend’s gaming desk but as the item isn’t very tall, I don’t think it bounces sound off when someone is speaking. Personally, I think this may have been a waste of money as I’ve not noticed a huge difference in noise reduction.

Perfect desk divider as work from home with other members of the family so does the job, obviously doesn’t block out sound but definitely helps with some noise, privacy and boundaries.

The acoustic dampening effect works better the more boxed in you have these panels, and only if the noise levels are very low. In a busy office these would probably not give the intended effect but in a quiet office I think they shine. They are visually dull and low contrast so easy on the eyes to help with focus, and I’ve found I can pin a note or memo to them no trouble.
