The most important thing is to remember to switch on the ones indoors and take the beepers with you.Not bad at all, works over quite a distance, it covers my garden. I have used them twice to seek assistance.

Brilliant easy to use call bell. Easy set up. Whilst caring for relative who was bed bound, call bell was in their easy reach, one receiving unit plugged into socket on landing so could hear easily in night and one in kitchen meaning I could be downstairs or in garden and still hear when assistance required.

Hi Jane,I just need to let you know that my mum woke up at 5:15am on Wednesday morning and used the buzzer you gave us to call me. She needed the toilet and was feeling breathless, so I helped her onto the commode and gave her her medication. She was a bit distressed, so I gave her some diazepam to help her relax. Then I tucked her back into bed as she wasn’t strong enough to walk, and she soon fell into a peaceful sleep.She didn’t really wake up again after that—just murmured a few words now and then. (Her last words to me before falling asleep were ‘I love you’ which is my pot of gold for life.If it hadn’t been for that buzzer, she would’ve been alone and frightened at 5.15. I would have missed her last moments of true awareness, she may well have fallen trying to get to the commode and the end of her life could have been totally distressing for all of us, probably needing to call an ambulance and her passing in A&E.That one simple gift of kindness changed everything. It didn’t just help—it transformed her passing. She died peacefully in her beautiful room with her family surrounding her, listening to 60s music with scented candles and nothing but serenity.Thank you, truly.Love you and I will be forever grateful to you. ♥️Thought I would share the above from a family member who used this alarm and how different it made to the end of her days.Thankyou

I have received this item today (very quick delivery) as a safety alarm for my elderly mum when she needs to call downstairs if she needs anything. It is just as described and very easy to set up (it took less than 10 minutes to read and set up) It come with 2 buttons which are a good size and two lanyards for if you want to wear them around your neck. The bell has 50 different tunes and 5 volume settings. The loudest setting is LOUD and you can hear it all over the house no problem. The price is fantastic and has given my dad some freedom as he now knows that he can leave my mum and move around the house knowing he will definitely hear if she does need anything. The range seems good works fine in a 2 floor medium house from upstairs bedroom to living room.The only let down was there was no small screw driver supplied like it states in the instruction so I am going to have to find one that fits ready for when the battery needs replacing. Other than that I would recommend this item

I bought this item because it could be paired with the A1Mason ip55 doorbell (1 doorbell + 2 receivers) cost £18 – Great value.aboveWhen paired with the above you end up with three receivers + doorbell + two push button alarm pendants. This combination works really well. This product is badly let down by the instructions included. Attaching the lanyard to the push button call device is fairly easy but fiddly.The main problem is the instructions given to enable you to change the battery on the pendant. PS the screwdriver supplied is the wrong type and useless ( or as my wife says “as much use as a chocolate teapot”)If you follow the instructions you will probably damage the unit which is soft plastic.To replace battery:1. Hold unit in your palm, button side down. Press the sides and slide off the cover. This will reveal an inner cover held down by three small Phillips screws.2. Undo the three screws and lift off the plastic cover.3. Battery is now visible and easy to remove.I would have given this product 5 stars but for the really bad instructions.
