We have ordered 2 of these lights now and each time the threaded loop connector is missing. We returned the original order thinking it was a one-off and re-ordered another but the same part is missing.We love the light and really disappointed that we cannot hand it up because of the missing chain loop. Has anyone else had the same problem ??
