Bought this while we were having our bathroom renovated. We thought this would be a much cheaper alternative to a stand alone bidet, which it is and I think it is worth the money you pay for it. However we had a builder installing our bathroom and he struggled to fit this with our new toilet and existing pipe fittings. I live in the UK and have standard fittings. This would be easier to install if you have flexi tubing already plumbed into to toilet system. The plastic is sturdy and strong. The dials feel good quality and will last. However the problem i had with this unit is that the sprayer did not always open due to our water pressure, which we can not change. Check your toilet fittings before buying and make sure you have decent water pressure.

Happy’ish with the product.After visiting Japan I thought how is not a standard thing in the UK!?We had a plummber install this and I didn’t hear any complaints from him about that side of things. Unfortunately though the warm water feed is correctly installed the pressure of the cold water cancels it out so we only get a cold water option. To be honest this is fine, you get used to it.Unfortunately due to the shape of the product being installed on our loo the bidet sits foward a too much for my girlfriend and I.Not the end of the world, just shuffle forward a little and turn it on.All in all, I don’t regret purchasing. Great device, I think it would of worked 100% if we had the right toilet shape and strong hot water pressure. But in hind sight I would of not got a cheaper variant and checked to see if it fits a more oval type loo.

After reviewing these bidet products, and trying to do my bit for the environment, I was very disappointed with the quality of this product, and is grossly overpriced for the lack of design quality.When fitted the straight design of the plastic bar cuts right across a 3rd of the bowl, meaning when using the loo, you are virtually sitting on the plastic. When fitting, I had to go and find longer bolts to account for the added thickness of the plastic.And the plumbing is only good for setups which have hot and cold flexible plumbing from hot and cold existing pipe work. Most British plumbing is hard copper piping, and different fittings would have to be bought to cater for this. To plumb this is in, I would have to have cut into my copper and use in-line fittings, which are not supplied.For the price of this product, I expected a lot more, even the control bar bends, if you put any pressure on it. This has put me off buying any of these similar products. I didn’t get the chance to try it out for what it is supposed to be used for, due to the problems listed. If you buy this, for the extortionate amount, good luck, you will be disappointed.

We wanted to install a bidet for personal hygiene. When my wife and I saw this we didn’t hesitate even though some reviews said installing was complicated or even incompatible in the UK. I installed the item with no bother although as a tip, use PTFE tape on the plastic pipe connections and do not over tighten. If you can install this to your existing copper pipes using a baller fix stop valve and radiator connection. This way you have room for error. My only suggestion is the feminine wash should be adjustable so men could make better use of it. My kids also love it and they are able to clean themselves now, 4 and 7. I am buying another one today.

Bought for my elderly mother who wanted a bidet but there was no space to put one in her bathroom. The plumber had no problems with fitting it. On his suggestion we bought a second one in case anything needed replacing in the future and specific parts may not then be available. At the price it is we thought this was a sensible idea.Mum finds it easy to use and effective. She’s found she needs to run the hot tap in the bathroom basin until it runs warm first, then turn it off, and only then is the water warm when using the bidet.Overall, she’s very pleased with it and it’s been an effective, and cost effective, way to help her remain fresh and clean, which is an important part of independent living.

Works but not recommended
When the water pressure is turned on it leaks (drips from within) so you need to be able to turn of the water when not using it leading to a complicated installation.

I called a plumber in to fit the bidet attachment and they did so very quickly. UK attachments were sent in my package.The plumbers ended up connecting both hoses to the sink feed as in my place, this was neater.The bidet function works very well 🙂
