I was a bit disappointed that a long knife was not included as I only have a 7″ bread slice knife and instructions were included for the long knife in the box. However I now realize it said no knife included. I then had to make some spacers for the board so I could use my knife and it works really well, I have made some of different depths too, for thin and thick slicing works great. It’s a simple thing made from wood so no pollution and plastic and of course can add modifications.Love it now I have pimped it up, and it’s easy to use. just be careful whilst cutting with a sharp knife!

This bread cutting board is easy to use but it is a little tricky to get used to, you need to start cutting the bread from the flat side as the doomed side may make the bread move. You also need a longer bread knife. The board is stable with the suction cups at the bottom. Over all the size is good for home made bread or shop bought, great value for money.

Kind of works but the increments of 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch are either too thick or thin. Also need a longer than standard knife to use it (over 8 inches) effectively.

I was skeptical but this is a brilliant and simple to use device to cut even slices of homemade bread. Looks nice, is solid and easy to set the thickness, and to clean. Very pleased with this purchase.
