When you spend half your life away from home in hotel rooms, sometimes you just want to do nothing and watch Netflix. When you turn on your ancient TV in a hotel dedicated to 1980’s decor, you realise it might have HDMI, but it’s certainly not a SMART TV. Thank goodness for this cheeky little gadget – it has gone straight into my nightstop bag!Plug and play HDMI from my Samsung S24+ and the work iPad with no drama whatsoever. There is even a USB C socket which provides a fast charge option whilst HDMI-ing too. The USB A port didn’t want to wake up but that might be something to do with my setup but for less than £8 I’m not complaining about that. This deserves 5 stars alone because of the charge/HDMI function.Tested on a 4k TV and ASUS gamin monitor – very good transition with no apparent quality loss.If you are a presenter or instructor of any description, I would definitely say you need this in your backup kit.Should you buy this product? Yes. 100%.Why? Good quality, easy to use and great price

Got this to play video using my phone into a TV for camping. Samsung S24fe plugs into usb socket on phone, has a socket for charging as you use it. Put a usb stick with movies into it and connect to TV using hdmi. Works great, get 1080p on my TV but don’t have a 4k TV to test.

5 Minuten an einer nagelneuen ROG Xbox Ally x eingestöpselt, HDMI an Monitor und diesen Adapter angeschlossen, 100 Watt Netzteil eingesteckt und dann hat der Adapter angefangen zu rauchen und zu schmoren. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel, also wer auf die 100 Watt Durchgangsleistung setzt, weiß jetzt bescheid. 🤬

Not a good product. Barely used it and the USBC port doesn’t work. Very disappointed especially considering the great reviews and price.
