How to use
- Measure the distance between your toilet’s mounting holes (centre-to-centre).
- Loosen the hinge bolts (2-3 turns) to allow for adjustment.
- Select the appropriate hole position for installation, ensuring the default position is the central holes.
- Tighten the bolts and attach the five-hole washer to the screw.
- Guide the mounting screw vertically into the toilet hole.
- Place a small gasket on the screw from below, ensuring the correct orientation, followed by the large gaskets, and tighten them with the plastic parts to secure.
- For perfect alignment, adjust the hinge while holding the seat against the toilet, checking regularly to ensure it remains centred during installation.

This toilet seat is more off-white with a slight yellowish tint, which may not match all bathrooms. The faux leather effect makes it look and feel a bit cheap. It’s also not soft-close, so it makes a loud, unpleasant noise when you shut it. On the plus side, the fitting process is easy, but the hinges look quite cheap and fragile. Overall, not the best quality.I have decided not to install it.

This toilet seat and lid look quite nice in my opinon, with their faux leather texture.All fixings are included.The installation was relatively easy, even though I had never installed a toilet seat before.There are a few imperfections on the bottom of the seat I have received. It is visible in the pictures I have included with this review.The position and distance between the hinges can be adjusted by:a) Deciding on which of the 4 threaded holes to screw the threaded rods. The instructions do not even mention this.b) Rotating the hinges in any of the 8 available positionsBoth the lid and the seat are quite heavy.It is important to be sure that there is enough space on the back so that they can go past the 90 degrees once open, to avoid thay they fall down.In my case, I had to install the seat a bit more forward that I would have normally done, to ensure that it could stay open.Obviously this also depends on how much space is there on the back of the toilet, so it may or may not be a problem depending on that.It is more likely to be a problem if you have a cistern at the back of the toilet, like I do.

This item is very easy to install (took less than 5 minutes once the old seat was off and the area cleaned). It is soft closing and very comfortable to sit on. It looks good against the white porcelain. It feels like premium quality toilet seat and is not cold to sit on. Easy to clean. It is installed at a GP surgery so will see soon enough about its durability.

More aesthetically pleasing to the eyes than practical, Soft close my **** Sometimes it does but mostly slams like an old shopkeepers till 😉 Needs further adjustment but no way to do this.The faux leather finish is o.k but does make it look very “Pensioner” like !Fitment was easy … have fitted many in the past for displays for work so that helps .Worth the money? …… probably not more of a gimmick.Hope this helps ….
