I’ve used a variety of plungers over the years—from the classic rubber ones to those odd accordion-style plastic bellows—and decided to give this inShareplus high-pressure air plunger a go after a serious blockage in our upstairs bathroom that the traditional options struggled with. I was also intrigued by the pressure gauge and multiple interchangeable heads, so I gave it a proper test across a few different drains, including toilets, bathtubs and floor drains. The build quality is immediately impressive. The metal chamber and handle feel much more solid than your average plastic model, and the unit doesn’t flex or creak under pressure. The inclusion of four heads for different jobs is useful, and the foot pump is a smart addition for anyone who struggles with hand inflation. The real-time pressure gauge is handy—it helps ensure you’re not going in blind and risking a pipe burst or splash back, especially if you have older plumbing. So, in terms of engineering and thoughtful design, this definitely earns high marks. When it works, it really works. The compressed air releases with a powerful pop that you can hear echo down the pipes. For drains that just need a sharp, sudden pressure burst, this unit is very effective. We had success clearing a partially blocked bathtub drain with just one push at 4.5 bar. Similarly, our utility sink, which had slow drainage due to some grime build-up, cleared after two short blasts with the appropriate nozzle. Very satisfying. But when it came to the main reason I bought it—a stubborn toilet blockage—results were mixed. I followed the instructions to the letter, slowly building up pressure to around 6 bar. The device fired with plenty of force, but the blockage didn’t move. I tried again at higher pressure (nearly 8 bar), and while there was a visible ripple in the water, the toilet still wouldn’t drain properly. I switched to another head, sealed it better, tried different angles, and got splashed once or twice—not because the unit malfunctioned, but because of how short the barrel is. That’s one drawback worth mentioning: the unit is quite short, which makes it difficult to get a truly deep seal in modern toilets that are more oval-shaped or where the bowl shape prevents a flush fit.In the end, I went back to my old bellows-style plunger (Luigi’s), and with a bit of elbow grease—repeated pushes over a few minutes—the blockage finally gave way. That type of plunger seems to create sustained pressure over multiple pulses, which may be more effective on certain toilet designs. I suspect the air plunger is best when the clog is closer to the entry or just below the u-bend, while the bellows plunger pushes further with repeated pressure. So while this tool is powerful, it’s not always effective depending on your toilet’s internal shape and drainage system.Still, I want to be fair. It does work well for sinks, floor drains, and bathtubs, and it offers a much faster and less exhausting method compared to manual plungers. It’s also clean—you’re not plunging repeatedly into a dirty bowl with water splashing up at you. Just charge it, point it, press, done. The wall hook is a thoughtful touch too; easy to store and out of the way.One thing to keep in mind: this is not a miracle tool. It won’t magically resolve every deep or awkwardly lodged blockage. It’s powerful, but the effectiveness depends on your home’s plumbing design and how well you can create a tight seal during use. I can see this being very effective in modern toilets with direct and open drainage paths, but less so in older designs with narrow or awkward bends.I’ve decided to keep this tool in my arsenal, especially for its ease with basins and floor drains, and I even bought another as a backup for my parents’ home. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution, but for quick jobs or clogs near the surface, it’s hard to beat the convenience. The overall value is good considering the strong construction, reusable design, and multiple heads included.I’m giving it four stars. It loses one star because it doesn’t work every time, and the short barrel can be a limitation depending on your setup. But as a multi-function, pressure-based tool, it’s still far more hygienic, fast, and satisfying to use than a lot of manual alternatives. It’s one of those tools that’s great to have just in case—and when it does work, it’s brilliant.

First impressions: it certainly looks more serious than your average cheap plunger. The idea of 4 different heads is what really appealed. You get a classic toilet-style bellows head, a couple of flatter cup-style heads presumably for sinks and shower drains, and another slightly different shaped one. The included gloves are a thoughtful, if basic, addition – always appreciated when dealing with blocked drains! The grey colour is neither here nor there, just a standard plastic look.In action, it’s definitely more effective than a simple cup plunger on the toilet, especially the bellows-style head. It allows you to get a better seal and apply more force. I managed to clear a fairly stubborn toilet blockage with a bit of vigorous plunging, so it passed that test. For the bathroom sink, which gets a bit slow with soap and hair, one of the smaller cup heads did a reasonable job of dislodging some gunk. I haven’t had to use it on the bathtub or a floor drain yet, thankfully. The “Heavy Duty” claim seems fair for the main handle and the more robust heads. The “High Pressure” part, well, it’s a manual plunger. You generate the pressure with your own effort. It’s certainly capable of creating more suction and force than a very basic plunger, but don’t expect it to work like a CO2-powered unblocker or a professional drain jetter.Pros:Versatile with Multiple Heads: The different heads do make it adaptable for various types of drains – toilets, sinks, shower drains. This is a big plus over a single-purpose plunger.More Effective Than Basic Plungers: Especially the bellows head for toilets, it allows for a better seal and more plunging power.Gloves Included: A small but very practical addition for a rather unpleasant job.Reasonably Sturdy Build (for the price): The main components feel like they can withstand some vigorous use.Good for General Household Blockages: Capable of tackling common clogs in toilets and sinks before you need to call a plumber or resort to harsh chemicals.Cons:”High Pressure” is Relative: It’s a manual plunger, so the pressure generated is down to your effort. It’s better than basic, but don’t expect miracles on severely impacted blockages deep in the pipes.Head Attachment/Switching: The mechanism for swapping heads needs to be secure but easy to use. On some similar models, this can be a weak point or a bit fiddly. This one seems okay so far.Creating a Good Seal Can Still Be Tricky: Even with different heads, getting a perfect seal over some awkwardly shaped UK plugholes or toilet outlets can sometimes be a challenge.Storage for Multiple Heads: You need to find somewhere to keep the spare heads when not in use, which adds a little clutter.Effectiveness on Very Stubborn Drains: While good for common clogs, if you have a really serious blockage, this might not be enough on its own.Overall:For the average UK household, this grey Toilet Plunger Kit with its multiple heads and included gloves is a useful and more versatile tool than a standard, single-head plunger. It provides a better chance of clearing common blockages in toilets, sinks, and showers before you need to call in the professionals. The “high pressure” claim should be taken with a pinch of salt – it’s a manual tool – but it certainly offers more oomph than a basic plunger. It’s a practical addition to the cleaning cupboard for dealing with those inevitable drain annoyances. Just remember it has its limits with very severe or deep-seated blockages. For the price and the added versatility, it’s a decent buy.

If 6 stars was an option I’d give it to this item. Was expecting a failed purchase when I accidentally pressed the trigger once charged, seemed very underwhelming, however, when I got the bung in the toilet and hit the button the blockage was gone. Saved me what I thought was a toilet removal exercise. Excellent product

Did not unblock my toilet, and when tried on my kitchen sink it broke the drain screw in half meaning I had to go buy a new kitchen sink drain and get someone to fit it. All in all does not do what it says. Total waste of money.
