Bought for a disabled persons bedroom to keep track of room temperature, especially in the heatwaves. Totally silent with handy touch button orange backlight to check readings in the dark. Would definitely recommend. Checked against other thermometers and it appears accurate. Good size numbers that I can read without my glasses. Very stable on it’s little flip out stand.

Purchased to monitor temperatue & humidity levels in the external garage. I have also tested in various rooms around the house & overall it works very well. Simple & easy to read. My central heating control has a temp gauge also & this device matched the temp exactly. I do not have another device to measure humiduty so will assume a reasonable amont of accuracy as per specifications. Key reason for purchase is that I plan to install plastic tile flooring & wooden boaring on the walls in garage I wanted the ability to track improvment / humidity levels after the changes made.

Nice size to easy read, light option nice addition to cheaper one i bought which was also useful and good value for money. Easy to setup. Temperature seems to be in line with other one so assuming reasonable accuracy but how can you tell really without an expensive tester. Does it’s job perfectly to basically measure temperature and humidity. Helps decide whether heating or extra airing required for room and it’s movable around the home unlike central heating thermostat. Not what i call an essential but handy if bought at a reasonable price. We like it and would recommend it. Bought a second one after being disappointed with a cheaper option that had a clock.

Really solid and clear product! I can see the display from outside of my greenhouse and the high/low data, and current temperature readings are clear and easy to understand. Nice big display
Placed one at my desk and my bed. At the desk, I have some metal devices where the magnet easily holds the device. At the bed I just used some clear double tape, on the magnet part, that is easy to remove if you rotate it. Has a good working touch button for a 5 second or so, orange colored, backlight. Previously I had one without a backlight and in my case it was always hard to read and it also turned out to have bad readings. This hygrometer is accurate, as I compared it with a SEIKO one. Temperature measurement is good too. They both come with batteries. Although these batteries are extremely cheap. I could literally make dents in them, bend them, etc. Used my own batteries instead for one unit. I don’t really trust extremely cheap batteries. These are at an OK price. Default goes to Fahrenheit, there is a button on the back to set it to Celsius. Another 1 click button to show the max and lowest (temp and humidity) from the last 24 hours or “all time” (default).

Ho potuto testare la precisione di questo ThermoPro TP53 non con strumenti professionali ma usando l’igrometro interno di un ottimo deumidoficatore (ProBreeze OmnyDry 20L) e quando quest’ultimo è “a riposo” (ovvero non ha funzionato da qualche ora e l’umidità interna, prodotta inevitabilmente durante il funzionamento, si è asciugata) le letture dei due strumenti differiscono solitamente di non più di 1 o 2 valori percentuali (es. 56% contro 57%).Sulla temperatura, invece, l’ho testato confrontandola con una sveglia/termometro Casio DQ-747-8, di cui avevo già verificato l’accuratezza con altri termometri ed anche qui lo scostamento con il ThermoPro è (quando c’è) di 0.1-0.2 gradi al massimo (es. 26.2° contro 26.4°).Perciò sono fiducioso che la precisione ci sia, per l’umidità come per la temperatura (un piccolo scostamente è assolutamente accettabile).Per il resto, lo strumento è ben costruito, l’uso è immediato (anche nella funzione di “reset” per ricominciare la registrazione delle letture minima e massima) e il display è molto chiaro (ed è molto comoda l’illuminazione breve).Prezzo moderato (io l’ho pagato 13.99 euro).Decisamente consigliato.
