DO NOT BUY !Fell apart after 3 weeks , velcro does not adhere , material looses elasticity and rips as there is now a big hole !Pinches the hips until it’s sore , worst of all the material gave me a nasty ITCHY rash that spreads under my breasts and onto my back ,bought this for Abdominoplasty recovery .Now the question is , Why does Amazon allow this product to be sold with all these bad reviews ???DO NOT BUY ! Worked well with easy adjustments but only for a few months. The Velcro now doesn’t stick to the fabric and it comes apart so basically not functional anymore. Do not buy for longevity.

I bought this after a doctor recommended an after pregnancy belt. I have an umbilical hernia and secere diastasis recti. I am 12 post partum and awaiting surgery for the hernia. I can’t do any exercise to resolve the muscle separation until that is done and in the meantime, my stomach was so tender and uncomfortable. I’ve been wearing the belt for less than a week and it has already helped improve the muscle separation. I had no expectation of this helping as it’s been uncomfortable for so long but this really has helped. I’ve just ordered a second one so I don’t have to wait for it to dry after washing. It looks big and uncomfortable but it is actually very comfortable to wear. I measured myself and my stomach at its largest point was 101cm and the medium only goes up to 101cm. I took a chance and ordered that anyway and when I put it on I had no room at all and was worries I got the wrong size. My stomach has reduced in size after wearing it and I now have extra room so it worked out ok. Definitely recommend this product.

They don’t have various sizes. Ordered L and got XL needed to change because of size issue. But the rest looks great.

Currently 3 month post-partum and was starting to get a sore back, thought I’d give this a try for some extra support and I’m really happy with it.Material is strong yet stretchy and true to size. Used it for few hours already and immediately noticed an improvement in posture – when you have a baby you’re constantly here, there & everywhere and wasn’t paying much attention to posture at all which isn’t ideal.Will carry on using few hours each day mainly when doing house work!
