It does not heat up that fast (per video) but it is a nice small compact size and in use it is surprisingly good for both straightening and curling with the effects lasting well. Ideal to have and keep in the suitcase ready for trips away!Based on current price of £25 feel this is good value for an effective travel sized hair straightener / curler.

Solid, easy to use curling/ straightening iron which is smaller than many and would make a good travel iron. They perform entirely as expected, heating up quickly. The only downside, in common with all irons that mix curling and straightening functions, is that the adjustable curling head gets very hot and can come into contact with your skin. Otherwise a really neat, handy iron which is recommended.
