Ensure you follow instructions by measuring for your correct size and hopefully you should find this a perfect fit. I felt it to be very supportive for my fragile knee, no slipping down or rolling. It is very sturdy and well made. I mistakenly thought this item was sold as a pair but it’s proven to be so good that I purchased another one for my other knee which isn’t as fragile but will support me when I need it. This has given me more confidence in my comfort. Fully recommend – all the best.

Got the XL, usual they are too tight or not tight enough, this one did the trick, wore it all day for work, no slipping down stayed in place and gave me great support all day I will continue to wear it until my knee op, as it allows me to get on with my day with support and less pain, will defo buy another one

What is this sorcery?! I tore a ligament 6 weeks ago & have pretty much been bed bound since, tried many compression sleeves along with painkillers but wasn’t getting far at all. Ordered this as my last trial for help & can’t believe it! It works so well, okay I’m not running about but I’m getting around without the pain, old age doesn’t help matters but this makes me feel like a spring chicken! I am so happy with this product, fits well, comfortable & not cutting into my leg. I say give it a try & hope the magic works for you too!

The Medium support is very good but unfortunately I ordered two medium supports but when I opened my delivery one of the supports was large size so I’m having to return it to Discount Delights.
