I really enjoyed the typing experience on this keyboard – it felt natural and the keys were so quiet, letting me type fluidly. However, I was disappointed that the letters, numbers, and symbols weren’t illuminated when the backlight was turned on. This lack of illumination would have been especially helpful for reprogrammable macro keys, as being able to see the assigned functions in the dark would have been a significant plus.

j2, linear red. Initial impressions, really good, quiet even when bottoming-out. downstroke is smooth all the way down, unlike peach v3 which felt spongy at bottom. software is responsive. I like the rounded edges of the keycaps. seamless wireless experience. missing option to adjust polling rate.

Really loving this keyboard atm, it’s great! Feels nice, and sounds amazing!I have had issues with the Keychron download, it flagged up as Malware, and got quarantined, and I seen some posts about the jamesdonkey website being parked by GoDaddy, so unsure if the website has been taken over maliciously or if it was just a false flag.Regardless, really ace keyboard!

Fantastic keyboard for the price I can’t find anything else close to the features this has. I have used a lot of mechanical keyboards and this is definitely the thockiest, with the banana switches it sounds and feels divine to type on. I genuinely can type faster on it as well (not a placebo effect) due to how tight the key tolerances are. No wobbly stems, or shoogly keycaps. Stabilisers are good, haven’t checked but seems to be fairly well lubed as well, no grittyness or scrstchyness on any keystroke down. Plus it has the f keys and arrow keys despite it being 10% shorter than most of my other 75% keyboard so very compact. Even the volume dial is tight and has satisfying notches on turning.Battery life seems good so far, not had it run out so far after a week (admittedly with low RGB backlight setting)Love the rounded edge keycaps, if feels old school slightly whilst still being modern in design – and they are double shot pbt keycaps as you would imagine these days.Add all this to the fact it has the tri mode connection (,Bluetooth, WiFi via dongle, and usb c hard wired) and it does the same kinda job that most every other keyboards available on Amazon charge double for. (AJazz, aula, RK, Keychron, akko, red dragon etc etc)Just an absolutely feature rich, well made, satisfying to use, cheap keyboard.Well worth the money.

Don’t waste your money. It stopped working after a month – lost connection and the entire keyboard simply died. When I plug it in the battery light is still green, but it won’t even turn the back light on. It’s no longer discoverable on Bluetooth either. The support email address the seller provided does not exist either. Appalling product and service. Don’t waste your money.
