Excellent product/ quality. Sound is crystal clear and the headset itself is very comfortable. Both the pad on the head band and the speaker are of excellent quality. Set-up takes seconds and pairs to bluetooth instantly. The headset is sturdy and really feels like a quality product. I’d definitely recommend and if I ever needed another one I’d definitely buy this again.

After trying two other brands, and colleagues complaining about me sounding robotic and delays. I was about to give up and thought this one would be third time lucky and it was, decided to pay more than the other two and it proved worthwhile. This is really a quality headset, sound quality and noise reduction are excellent and it is so good being able to move and work without the wire. Charge lasts and it is dependable and i work assured with it now. Recommended to colleagues.

I got these for work as my old headset was starting to go faulty. Been using now around three weeks. Great headset, really clear there is no delay from what I have witnessed when listening or speaking on teams calls. Seems quite sturdy build and light weight. Only criticism I have is it can be quite tight when I have my glasses on and I have to fiddle to get the fit right also the mute button doesnt seem to work on teams but this could be down to laptop settings as it is a work computer but would definitely recommend.

Lovely headset very light and comfortable. Easy to set up and very practical as you can connect it to several devices at the same time.Had an issue with the base but the customer services team was amazingly quick to reply and sorting it.

Looks great and comfortable – connects easily. I found that the battery on mine was not recharging properly and this may have affected the signal on the incoming calls – as I could be heard but had broken speach when the person on the other end of the line spoke. However I contact customer services via email and they responded very quickly. They confirmed my order number and I was impressed when they said they are going to send out a replacement, so I look forward to receiving it. That’s customer service.

Bought these as I sometimes have to move about when on a call with my office. For the price paid I am a little disappointed with the sound quality.Good PointsVery easy to set upConnects to two devices easily – I have it set up with my laptop and my phoneGood battery lifeThe boom mic is directional and so is very good at rejecting background sounds around you (this is what they call ‘noise cancelling’ which seems a bit dodgy to me – it is not cancelling noise at all, merely rejecting sound outside its pick up area)Bad PointsPoor high frequency response. You get noticeably less in the way of high frequencies through this headset. The high frequencies in human speech at the consonants which convey the information such as word endings. This is the kind of hearing lose that all people suffer as they get older a I estimate that this headset ‘ages’ your hearing by 20 years. If you are already suffering high frequency hearing loss you will really notice the difference and you will struggle to hear decipher other people with naturally less distinct speech are saying. Compared with my wired Sennheiser headset and a Jabra wired set I tried the sound is noticeably worst. If your hearing is good you may very well be fine. If you have high frequency hearing loss for any reason you may struggle. Not noise cancelling headphones – as implied by the product description. Active noise cancelling involves mics in the headset listening to the sound around and adjusting what you hear to compensate. This ‘noise cancelling’ is nothing to do with what you hear. It merely means a directional mic on your headset so others can har you. Quite frankly most mics on booms on headsets are directional.
