Its easy peasy.It is the perfect amount of spin on the roll to get 1 paper towel and enough resistance to rip it off at the perforation you select. Would buy again.

I don’t have much kitchen space so I went with this one. I like the adhesive type because I didn’t want to drill wholes on the cabinet. It holds up very well. And it has a retractable effect that allows you to cut off a piece with one hand. Also if you pull too many you can retract it & it will roll back up nicely. Me & my 8 yr old love it.
