We got our first one in February 2022, which stopped working after 26 months. I thought it was because I had turned the power off too quickly, but I am not sure. So we purchased another one in April 2024 and it has been very reliable providing water at various temperature settings.It is very useful to be able to make coffee/tea at say 90º or have a glass of chilled waterWe have seen some of the other reviews and do understand some concerns. For us the safety button is not an issue, you just have to press it once and you can then use the filter. We always power the machine off, when we have finished, so it is only on as required.Last week, we encountered an issue with the tray. I conducted a search on eBay but was unable to locate a replacement. Consequently, I reached out to the company directly, and they promptly replaced the tray without any charge. As others have indicated, the company provides excellent customer support.We will see how long this machine lasts but at the moment we are extremely satisfied

I just love this machine! It has a very useful system where it says that it’s low on water and when it needs a clean and where the filter needs changing. I can choose the temperature of the hot water and how much to pour. Heats and pours in seconds! I love that it has a cold water option too! No need to wait for a traditional kettle to boil, which takes minutes. No more heavy lifting a traditional kettle! I live in an area with very hard water and the water is not nice too drink. The water from the machine is lovely and smooth. Talking of smooth, it makes a lovely hot chocolate! No more descaling the kettle. I’m physically disabled with back issues and I am frequently getting chest infections and fatigue. Now when I need a drink, I can preserve my energy… Hot drink and cold water in seconds! This machine is perfect for me. What I’m curious about is, how does it make the cold water chilled? Thank you to the person or people who invented this!

Étant une grande consommatrice d’eau, de thé et de tisane, je suis aux anges.Il faut un peu de temps pour se souvenir les contenances des différentes tasses et verres, mais ce n’est pas la faute de la machine.Pour certains, c’est sur, que ça relèvera du gadget. Surtout vu le prix. Mais pour un amateur de thé comme moi c’est l’idéalUn seul reproche : je le laisse toujours allumé pour avoir tjs de l’eau fraîche. Et cela fait un peu de bruit quand même.Prochaine étape : la même mais qui se remplit toute seule ?

LLevo usando el equipo tan solo 5 días, pero enfría bien el agua. He comprobado con un termómetro y llega a los 10 grados de enfriamiento. Y el agua sabe bien. Al principio, lógicamente tenía un poco de sabor al plástico del depósito, pero ya se la ha quitado.Se acabó acarrear con garrafas y botellas de agua del supermercado.Tiene además 12 meses de garantía. Espero que funcione bien durante mucho más tiempo.
