Worth the money.
Perfect for working from home. Battery lasts the full work day. I use it with Microsoft teams and our calls software. Im an auto claims adjuster and use the headset for about 4-5 hours of talk time per day. My only complaint is that when I place it in the dock and try to pick it up and use it, it won’t reconnect to the computer.. even if all my settings have the headset as the input/output. It’s light and comfortable enough for me to just wear it all day so I rarely ever put it in the dock except for at the end of the day. It charges in the dock and is ready for use the next day. I’ve used this headset for about a month now, 5 days a week.It connects via USB which was a huge selling point due to my work laptop having Bluetooth disabled.

I really like the lightness of this headset and found it comfortable to wear, even for extended periods. The ear pad and the head bar were really comfortable and I found the sound quality good.There were a few pinch points that unfortunately resulted in me having to return this item:1. It kept cutting out. This would happen on a full charge, when I was sat at my laptop, within a few centimetres of the Bluetooth dongle. It started happening at least daily that I would be on a call and the sound, either for me or for the other person/people would cut out. The only way I could get it back was to leave the call, reboot the headset and rejoin. This ultimately became the main reason why regretably the headset had to be sent back.2. Turning it off and on is not as straightforward as it should be. You press and hold the central earpiece button to do this, and the lights flash from red to green. It will emit an audio signal telling you it is either off or on, but obviously you can only really hear this if wearing the headset at the time. I found that this whole process was not as easy as it should have been. Sometimes I would press and hold but it would go red. Other times, when it cut out, even pressing and holding it would still not restart the headset. I think it is better to have a straightforward on/off switch.I was sad to send this back from a comfort perspective, and it looks smart as well. I never found this a chore to wear in the slightest – the headset is lightweight. But the cutting out and the on/off issue are design flaws that made it unusable for me, unfortunately.

I ordered this headset to replace an older, wired headset from a different manufacturer.I would say I’m a big user of headsets – I am frequently on Teams conference calls for more than 4 hours a day (and sometimes over 6 hrs). I had studied the specs and the feedback and felt like this would be a good upgrade from being tethered.The Tribit wireless headset comes with a handy desktop charger and USB bluetooth dongle. The headset itself has an excellent earpad which was one of the most comfortable I have used, and the headband was fully adjustable. Given that the earpiece has to have the battery and electronics, I was impressed at how little it weighed. The fit in the charging base was snug and easy to position. You do need a separate USB charger and you are likely to need a longer charging lead than that supplied. When the USB dongle is plugged in to the PC, Windows (10) automatically recognises the Tribit device. All good so-far.The problems that led me to fall out of love with the Tribit and return it were:The “mute” button does not integrate with Teams. When you mute on the headset mute button, Teams doesn’t recognise that, and warns you that there is no mic audio. So a -1 for poor driver capability there. If you are a big “Teams” user, this will be a bugbear as you’ll have to use the mouse to click mute in Teams.But the biggest issue I had with my Tribut headset was that it just cut out the microphone, and at random periods. Once the mic was dead, I could not get it back. I suffered that annoying “Hey XXX, we cannot hear you”, and “Are you on mute?”. Nope! The Tribit just decided to cut the mic. I had to unplug and go to PC mic and speakers. Not remotely ideal.Maybe I had a bad headset. I don’t know. But for me, I need something that just works reliably and integrates fully with Teams like my wired headset does. I’m going to look for alternatives…..The Tribut didn’t work for me.

Nice headset but the microphone seemed to randomly disconnect even though you could still hear the meeting through the earphone part. Of course I ensured I was not on mute either on Teams or on the headset itself.One minute you can be talking fine and the other party can hear you, then you may go on mute using the Teams mute button and when you go to speak again (having come off mute) the microphone seems to have disconnected and they cannot hear you. So annoying I sent it back.Shame as otherwise it was very nice. My only dislike was that the headband was not adjustable.

Lightweight and user friendly
Purchased this product for my wife as she uses the phone a lot and with this headset it makes her life so easy.. it much easier to multi task while talking to someone over the phone..Comfort side is a 3 out of 5 due to wearing it for 7-8 hours straight it gives you a pressure right on top of your ear and it is a metal band with plastic/rubber padding. It will be much comfortable having a set of headphones rather than in just one ear.Connectivity is easy as it gets, plug and play. 5/5Overall not a bad headphones for the price.

Update – Will Not Hold a Charge – 7 Months old
Purchased in May 2022, will not hold a charge.This company is amazing!! I was never looking for a refund I just wanted others know if they were considering purchasing. The company contacted me and provided a full refund! WAY above and beyond!!

if you need a headset for 20 minutes or 30 once a day it works fine. otherwise, it runs out of power fast and with no indication that it’s about to die. many times on a call and it stops working and then it’s a pain to pause your presentation to set up an alternative solution… this is not good.

Can be very slow indeed to find the Bluetooth dongle on taking it out of the cradle. Sometimes it just fails to find it and the only way I have found to make it work is to take the dongle out, put the headset back in the cradle, wait 10 seconds, and start again. A bit inconvenient if you are trying to answer the phone. I don’t have problems like this with other brands.Once it’s connected, works great — until the next time you put it back in the cradle to charge. The earpiece cover detached from the earpiece after about a year of use so I gave up on it at that point.
