I bought two sets and have used them for a bath and a shower. I have had no problems with them sticking firmly, but you have to press them hard against the surface before pushing the lever down to fix them. You also need a bit of strength in your hands to do this so some people might need help with this. In use they seem very strong and safe to me. They are also easily moved or removed if necessary and because there are no permanent fixings such as screws, removing them leaves no traces and it does not matter if you put them in the wrong place the first time.

Suction cup not locking
One of the four cups was not locking correctly. Have been in contact with Tailigo, followed all instructions at the end they stated that the product would be replaced or refunded. Refund is now fully settled. Issue will be escalatie to production departement.

Quality and smart looking.
Because both my wife and I are getting on in years, we thought it sensible to buy this set to install in our shower recess. We’ve found them very helpful to have something to hold onto while washing our hair etc, whereas before we felt a tad unsteady on our feet when rinsing. We feel just that little bit safer now.

They were well packaged and delivered on time. Very easy to install near showers as I had watched the sellers YouTube video. Would have been five stars but we got off to a poor start with one of them. They were easy to fit on the smooth tiling in my bathrooms. The first time I showered the bottom connection failed and was hanging away from the wall. I dried out the wall and device then re applied it. It has remained reassuringly fixed to the wall ever since and is a great addition. It looks good, is easy to hold and gives reassurance when held that it will hold my weight.

Was dubious whether these would stick well in a shower. Needn’t have worried – excellent. I hang on to one to wash my legs and feet – the rail sticks like glue to the tiles. Highly recommend.

Rubbish..The rails were hardly used due to worry if it would work..The suction cups are poor. One cup came loose after 9 days..Gave both the wall tiles and the duction cup a goo (gentle) clean.Cup came loose again after 15 days..Cannot beat screw-in ones… Much safer.

Works like advertised!
Sticks to a surround that’s not tile! Holds the weight of at least 225lbs. Hasn’t been “hung-on” to see how long. Was easy to install, fits well in our space, color is as advertised, and it’s easy to clean with the rest of the shower! So far, well worth the price!

Great if you fit them properly I’ve only just discovered how to fit them properly as they kept falling off or coming lose. So read the instructions fully and they’ll be fine.
