They read through them firsts and checked all the parts then followed the instructions . I might have given this model 5 stars apart from a few irritating things. The wooden parts fit together perfectly but the plastic ones tend to slip apart without a spot of glue. The glue spots are pretty useless as it is almost impossible to get them off the sheet. Again a spot of glue needed. At times the instructions are extremely difficult to follow and there is an element of trial and error…the English is not always very good. Otherwise I enjoyed douing the model

I bought this for my 10 year old daughters birthday, she is very capable with crafts so although she is below the recommended 14 year old age bracket, I knew she’d be able to do it.It’s taken us a few evenings to complete.My daughter could follow the instructions just needed a bit of help with some force to get things fitted together.We have loved it and it looks fantastic.Such great quality and well thought out. Can’t wait to do another

Gift for my 11year old daughter and she loved it. Although instructions are clear a little bit complex for her to build on her own (box says age 14+) so it was a team effort over a couple of wet Sunday afternoons. Very nicely put together kit with nothing missing and all the parts are well made, fitting together perfectly. My daughter was thrilled with both the building process and the finished article, which looks lovely illuminated on her bookshelf at night.
