Arrived a few days ago.Works very well on glasses – have not yet tried other items.It buzzes when working.I suggest to fill it from the tap (faucet). If using a kettle to fill it – do not empty the kettle – because of the bits of limescale in the bottom of the kettle might go into the cleaner and damage items being cleaned.When filling and emptying be careful not to wet the plughole where the lead plugs in. Consider leaving the lead plugged in. Lead length 140cm.CARE: Although the lead plug looks the same as a USB – it is NOT – according to the wall plug it is 12 Volts – much higher than the 5 volts of a USB. If you use it as a USB lead it might damage the item you are trying to charge.If wet, use a tissue to dry the underside of the lid.Design note to Manufacturer – consider adding a soft (EDPM or nitrile?) rubber surround to the plug on the item – protruding say 0.5 mm to seal the lead socket (from getting wet).

Got this item for my girlfriend and for me to clean my glasses. First of all, the item is very well made. The quality is exceptional. I’ve tried several other brands and this is definitely much much higher quality than the ones I tried. This one is unique as it also has a UVC sterilizer built-in the item. I use it to clean glasses and it works very well. It gets all the gunk out. It also cleans jewelry very well. They offer a one-year warranty with the purchase which is also an added plus! 100% recommend buy and definitely worth it.

Me ha gustado mucho el aparato en sí y también su envase protector, así como el librito informativo, con instrucciones en lengua española.Muy poco ruidoso, el temporizador de tres minutos funciona perfectamente. He metido un terminal de cepillo de dientes y un tapón de plástico y quedaron perfectos (con agua templada y unas gotas de detergente lavaplatos, con luz ultravioleta y ultrasonidos al mismo tiempo). Con solo la luz ultravioleta he metido una mascarilla recién usada
