I had a 6000k equivalent light fitting in my kids room, and it was quite harsh to look at. I like how this has the switch for colour tone and have set it back to warm white. Like most of these lights, they have a live and a neutral, so you need to know how to wire this in, especially if coming from a traditional ceiling rose. If not consult an electrician.The base has long slotted fitting holes, so you are able to manipulate its final position quite well.One thing it lost a star for is the lack of clearance when trying to slide the light onto the ceiling mounted base. I understand it is a flush fit unit, but even when using the slimmer Wago connectors, it was a real struggle to get the light slid onto the mount, as I didn’t have much space to push my wiring back into the ceiling cavity. I got there eventually but you can use something thin like a few plastic washers to pack out the gap between the mount and the ceiling, just to offer a bit extra clearance.

Bought this for the end of the hallway in our bungalow, which is quite dark when all the doors are closed. I chose the 18watt, which was easy to fit and looks great. It is very bright, however, and I’m thinking that maybe I should have gone for the 12watt for this fairly small space. Tried it on all three settings and I can’t honestly tell the difference between them. Great product for the price though and looks much nicer than the traditional pendant light fitting.

Excellent- brighter than anticipated but no problem and easy set up. Used in a box room – the larger one would look good too even in a small space if you are unsure about size.

Hell und flach.
Einfach zu montieren. Auch mit großer Lüsterklemme, nach etwas Nacharbeit an dieser. Zuerst ist mir der Schalter zu Ändern der Lichttemperatur nicht aufgefallen, er ist auch sehr klein und an der Innenseite zu finden. Mal abwarten, wie lange sie hält…Aber so wie sie jetzt aussieht, bin ich sehr zufrieden!
