I bought the 5-Step version which are great for reaching every conceivable household task. They are steady and robust with wide steps providing a great sense of security. The minimal assembly was straight-forward. I like the tool-tray at the top which makes life much easier and saves lots of ups-and-downs. One drawback is that they are quite heavy, so I would advise those that find difficulty moving things about to opt for a lighter set; If you still want the advantages these offer, perhaps opt for the 4- or 3-Step versions which would be lighter and more easily manoeuvred. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!

I had an old aluminium ladder that was getting a bit unsafe. I ummed & ahhed about this ladder but I am so glad I did buy it. I am a fairly fit woman in my 60s and wanted a ladder that I felt safe on. The handrails on this make it so much easier to use. I had to mend the washing line in the garden today and needed to attach the line to a very high pole. The ladder lives in my shed where it stores neatly and compactly as it folds flat. It is easy to put up. I am usually nervous working at any height but the handrail and wide steps really do make a difference and I felt very comfortable. As it is nice and sturdy whereas usually I’d be reluctant to go up a couple of steps on a ladder I felt fine going up to the height I needed to reach the fittings on the pole. Made doing the job so much easier. It is heavier than an aluminium ladder but I am able to move and carry it on my own. I like how I can use it in the garden (on hard surfaces) and in the home.

This 3 step ladder is a great buy at 42 quid, very well built and very sturdy and to my surprise NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, comes well packaged and completely ready for use. I think it must just be the larger sizes that needs assembly judging by other reviews. I’m no giant at 5ft 9in but i can easily reach my bungalow ceilings (which are a tad over 8ft) standing on step 2. These steps are not feather weight like some of the aluminium ones but worth the little extra weight for the strength, sturdiness and larger foot room. Still easy to manage unless you’re very very weak or frail. Highly recommend.

These are very, very good. Arrived near ready assembled, just add top tray and handles. Very sturdy. Feel incredibly safe even at highest level. The wide steps contribute to this. Easy to manoeuvre too. I have very high ceilings and I’m quite short but can easily access near 10ft and beyond. Very impressed.
NB –
Heavier than expected, which is reassuring. Good, wide steps which means you’re not balancing the balls of your feet on a narrow rung, so effectively you can stay on the ladder for longer, Particularly appreciate the handrails. There is a tray for tools and paint-tins on the top. This is cut for two sizes of tin, so there’s less chance of the tin moving about or, heaven forfend, it falling off the ladder. Also like the horizontal bar across the top of the ladder, quite a bit higher than the top step – we see that as another feature for both usability and safety.

I recieved my KINGRACK 5 step, folding ladder promptly and well packaged.At the time off purchase, the cost was £68.38 with the supplied discount voucher.You do need to assemble this ladder.Included in the package are easy to follow, instructions.It took me around 15 minutes to put everything together with the supplied tools.The actual structure is made from robust, high-strength steel with has a maximum weight capacity of 800lbs.They where not too heavy for me to move around but if you are an elderly person, you may find that you struggle slightly.When opened, the ladder forms a triangular structure that has a saftey-lock.This ladder comes with a very handy tool tray at the top. (DO NOT SIT ON THIS TRAY)It has segments for tools, a tin of paint, most things that you will use when doing DIY or painting.Along the sides are safety hand-rails which have been covered with soft sponge.This has been so handy for me, reducing the chance of my hands slipping when going up the ladder.The 5 wide steps are anti-slip.The four feet are also anti-slip.These ladders are exeptionaly well priced, even without a discount voucher.They have numerous safety features built in, which have been very important to me when using these ladders.I have used these ladders for the past 4 weeks to do several different tasks which have always made me feel very secure.I highly recommend these ladders.

Sturdy, construction. Fairly easy to assemble. The Utility tray at the top is a really useful and practical safety feature, to help you work in a safe way. Not particularly lightweight but that’s a matter of personal strength – in any case you need a 5 step ladder to be structurally sound. I believe that they are very good value for money. Finally, the grips are very useful, my only criticism (minor) is that they may not prove to be very durable if you use the ladders on a daily basis. All in all, a very good product. How I wish that these things could be made in this country (or even Europe) for a similar price but I’m afraid that’s just an unrealistic dream…My apologies, I can’t post photos or videos at the time of writing.

Sturdy Foldable Ladder
A little heavier than aluminum but it seems much sturdier. Also it’s very thin when folded so it’s very easy to store. I’ve only had it for a few days so I don’t know about the long term performance but it looks well made and it’s easy to use so I’m happy with it.

Great helper after a stroke. Makes me feel safe.
This is a sturdy ladder. I’ve had 2 strokes. The 2nd one hit my cerebellum (balance center) so I was worried about climbing a regular ladder. This is easy to fold and move, easy to put together, perfect height for my 9 foot and 8 foot ceilings, stable, and helps me feel safe. I also have stroke related pain and this helps because I have an actual step to stand on rather than a rung. I’m able to paint my entire house with this and I can shift my weight a little bit which helps reduce pain and allows me longer work days before my body wears out. It is a bit heavy but I’m able to move it around just fine, I do need help carrying it up and down stairs but I’m only 5’2″. I wish I’d always used a ladder like this, even before the stroke. There are also plenty places to hold things like a hammer, drill, paint can, etc…

Scaletta da interni, stabile e solida
In casa una piccola scaletta a tre o quattro gradini è sempre utile per sbrigare tutti quei lavoretti oppure le faccende domestiche sugli scaffali, sopra gli armadi o sui ripiani della cucina.Questa scaletta della Kingrack è piccola, poco ingombrante e soprattutto maneggevole.Ho apprezzato in particolar modo:- L’ampiezza dei gradini; sono parecchio grandi e capaci di mantenerci stabili mentre siamo sopra di essi- Il fermo di sicurezza in apertura e chiusura; la maniglia gialla permette di agganciare la struttura al primo gradino mantenendola aperta ed evitando che la stessa si possa chiudere accidentalmente- L’attenzione ai particolari; i piedini in gomma sono morbidi e resistenti, la spugna sulla maniglia corrimano superiore permette di appoggiare la scala al muro senza sporcarlo o raschiare superfici delicate- La struttura metallica perimetrale è molto solida ed ha veramente l’impressione di estrema stabilitàOvviamente questa struttura robusta è penalizzata da un peso non proprio piuma della scala. Tuttavia, la soluzione a tre gradini rimane comunque sufficientemente maneggevole.

Boa relação preço-qualidade
O escadote chegou intacto e sem qualquer defeito. Tem uma boa estabilidade, os degraus parecem resistentes e suficientemente largos e tem a vantagem de ter as barras de apoio que são ótimas para pessoas que têm menos equilíbrio ou força se apoiarem nelas. É um bom escadote com boa relação preço-qualidade.
