The air leaks out of the nasle pillow before it actually goes through the nasle. It doesn’t fit right in my nostrils and it causes them to be sore after use because it leaves like condensation between the nasle pillow and my top lip which the pillow is resting on. The tube didn’t fit to the back of my CPAP machine, but if it had of done, it wouldn’t have been long enough and the attachment on the CPAP hose is different to the attachment on this, so they aren’t universal fittings! All that being said, I was thinking of making my own when I decided to look online to see if it was already a thing, and it was. The idea is great; I didn’t get a lot of sleep with the full mask or the nose mask… but I am able to get a little more sleep with this. Although the length of the tube is now dangerous as I’ve been woken up with it wrapped around my neck!
