Decent build quality and they provide 117Gb each of the proclaimed 128Gb so that too is acceptable but they are slow to write. I would not use them for any resource intensive or interactive work but they will suffice for offline backups which is the reason I bought them. Bevwarned, if you are going to back up half a TB of data to them then allow yourself a lot of time to do so.

Great value for money (worked out to be about £2.60 per stick). Has full capacity as listed, 16Gb per stick, and nice solid construction. The cap doesn’t clip on the back when you use it, but there is a hook to put it onto a keyring (not sure how strong it is). Can recommend for short term use, such as for watching videos on TV, but can’t yet comment on long-term reliability.
