I got this in order to connect my Steam Deck to my living room TV for the occasional play. This then gives me the option to play directly off of the deck, or stream from my Xbox Series X or PS5 or to stream from my PC. Gives me huge versatility for sharing these devices into my living room.Set-up has been very easy, I plugged my steam deck charger into it, connected it to the deck, connected an HDMI cable to the TV and then paired an Xbox controller to my Steam Deck.From there I get a good experience using the deck and am playing a variety of games in there. I have found that Steam Streaming is not quite as smooth as the “Moonlight” linux app which just works so well. Console streaming is also great.I am connecting via Wifi as the ethernet is not the fastest. It is all running very well. Great device for the price.

I can’t fault this for what it is, a very simple, reasonably priced steam deck dock that works just fine.I however didn’t fully do my research when purchasing and am now realising it’s a bit limited for what I want, namely streaming games from my PC. My plan was to wire the dock to the home network, but with USB ports being 2.0 and the Ethernet port capped at 100Mbps it doesn’t cut the mustard for that use case. BUT that’s my fault, as the manufacturer literally states all this in the product description, so no stars deducted, I’m just a bozo.Otherwise it’s sturdy, fits the steam deck well and worked out of the box. It will be a worthy backup after I upgrade.

Great bit of kit for the Legion Go, only gripe I have is that the USB C is on the wrong side, so takes a bit of fiddling to get on. Am slightly concerned about the stress it will put on the port long-term but otherwise happy
