This phone is great. I purchased it for my elderly mother. It is very easy to use and navigate . Lightweight and compact. So far , it’s been very reliable . Battery holds a good charge. It’s got some handy indents on the side which makes it a bit grippier than other similar sized phones

I guess you get what you pay for. It works, the buttons are big, the volume is okay and fairly easy to use. However, I noticed the quality of the calls is poor with lots of crackling. I suppose you get what you pay for and it is a sub-£50 phone afterall!
