My old meat slicer machine broke, and my friend told me the manual one is better, so I tried this one. It’s straightforward to assemble. Frozen meats can be cut fast and efficiently, but be careful when cutting as the blade is sharp.

Cuts frozen meat very nicely. Can adjust thickness. Can be a bit difficult to slice frozen meat, so need a bit of force. Best to clean straight away as it can be fiddly if it’s all dried up. Difficult to cut the end part of the meat but can get quite close to the end if you’re careful enough.

does the job. But the quality this product is very bad. my hand was cut more than once by the sharp edges. The side of the platform is as sharp as the blade itself
